The site features three equipped rehearsal spaces - The Vox Room, The Wilko Room and The Stones Room -along with equipment repair and hire services. In April 2024, the studios were taken over by a new crew (Dan and Liam) who committed to maintaining the facility as a rehearsal hub for local bands. It is popular with local rock and pop bands needing hourly, cost-effective rehearsal spaces.

As a rehearsal-focused facility, it is used by bands such as the Red Rooster Duo, rather than acting as a major commercial recording studio.
