The complex features spaces engineered by studio architects utilizing advanced acoustic isolation, where every single room is structurally isolated ("floating") with non-parallel walls to eliminate standing waves. Two rooms are outfitted with raised wooden flooring, neoprene soundproof double doors and premium acoustic balancing. Rooms are available to independent artists and external freelance producers long-term production leasing. It features dedicated free parking with step-free wheelchair access.
