Our comfortable live rooms and rehearsal rooms offers plenty of space for band rehearsals and a wide range of recording possibilities. Situated in the Builders Yard on Heath Road, it acts as a central hub for artists in Maidstone and surrounding villages, offering specialized rehearsal, recording, and production rooms. It features ample free parking, specifically providing production/drum rooms suitable for tutors or engineers and storage on monthly agreements. They also operate a second location in Maidstone town centre (ME14 1JF) for broader access.

Room 1 benefits from natural daylight and a mixture of soft and hard surfaces giving a well rounded sound. The room has laminate flooring, a large Persian rug and a comfortable two-seater sofa. 5/6 piece bands can easily fit within this space (7/8 at a push).

Room 2 was its first ever rehearsal space, benefitting from a drum riser and comfortable lighting options. 4/5 piece bands can easily fit within this space (6/7 at a push).
