Bad Habit Rehearsal Rooms Eastbourne

Unit 5, 64 Belmore Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, England BN22 8BP

UK

DESCRIPTION

A grassroots music rehearsal and recording space based in a former nunnery offering fully-equipped spaces for local artists. The facility has two fully backlined, A/C-cooled rehearsal rooms measuring roughly 4.5m × 3.5m (14ft × 13ft). They include drum risers, music stands, whiteboards and a max capacity of 6 people. It has become the beating heart of Eastbourne’s DIY music scene - a space where local artists, producers and musicians come together to create and collaborate. Local promoters use the studio as a creative noticeboard. Bands find bandmates here. Promoters find artists. People find venues, ideas and new mates. Because it is positioned as a dedicated creative community hub rather than just a commercial rental space, it acts as a central catchment point for musicians.
