A large-scale rehearsal room for touring bands and production specifically designed for touring, theatre, and television production.

LH2 is a blank canvas. With a ground floor area of 1,668.8sqm (17,693sqft) and a height clearance of 18.1 (60ft), it has plenty of room for a production. It is equally at home playing host to music touring rehearsals, large scale stage and theatre productions, corporate conferences/events/exhibitions, or as a stage for film and TV productions. It has an intelligently designed rigging grid to the impressive height of 18.1 metres and capable of holding in excess of 60 tonnes, designed to ensure it has the versatility to use the studio to its maximum potential. Through its network of close associates, it is able to arrange catering, local crew, catering assistants, runners, riggers, along with hotel accommodation, and any transport that may be required.

It also has access to a fully equipped workshop and on-site technician to aid with any fabricating requirements that may arise during preparation for a production. Being located in North West London, it is within easy reach of many major suppliers for those last minute additions or changes that are bound to occur during the preparation for a production.

In addition to the main studio area, it has a double height 5,000 sq ft mezzanine adjacent to the studio. Ground floor dining room with tables and chairs to seat 40 people and a kitchen for visiting catering companies to bring in their own equipment. On the 1st floor it has 3 large comfortable dressing/green rooms, a visiting production office with tables and chairs for at least 6 people and a meeting/board room to seat 15 people. The 2nd floor has 8 dressing rooms and an additional office.

Fast and easy to use WiFi is available throughout the whole building with a 100 MB dedicated line. It has a 1,000 MB TX line managed by SIS for live transmissions. It has 4 sunken loading docks and one high dock to enable vehicle access to the studio floor. The rear car park has enough space for 12 trucks and 4 coaches, the front car park has 18 dedicated car parking spaces.

The premises is licensed to cover retail sale of alcohol, performance of dance, late night refreshments, live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description, indoors and outdoors between 8am to 11:30pm. Dependant on risk assessment and size of the stage the studio can easily accommodate an audience of 1,200.
