Purpose built rehearsal spaces for music videos and global tours where easy access and better rates leaves London in the dark ages.

One of the UK's large sound stage and studio facilities, good for theatre tours and arena shows. It's home to the 'A' Stage, which regularly hosts technical and production rehearsals for top international artists and groups. 'A' Stage measures 27.5 metres by 18.8 metres by 10m high and boasts a large U-shaped cyclorama as well as blacks, load-bearing roof and drive-in access, making it ideal for filming TV commercials, green screen productions and music videos. The well-balanced acoustic qualities in 'A' Stage makes it a favourite for performing evaluations of audio systems.

It caters for large stadium tours over at its Cardington Studios site. Take That, One Direction and Sam Smith have all used the iconic Cardington Hangars for rehearsals.

It also caters for festival rehearsal, lighting programming, TV shows, TV commercials, educational videos, green screen productions, audio demo, loudspeaker testing, test build, set build, height training,client demo and car launches.

The Music Lab hosts a number of companies within the music, TV and film industry and its caterers, GrassRoots Hospitality provides catering.
