BANDSPACE
DESCRIPTION
A premier, highly rated music rehearsal facility known locally as one of the cleanest and best-maintained practice spaces in the region. It is designed as a bright, fresh and modern environment tailored for pre-production, writing sessions and full-volume band practice. Spaces feature premium wooden flooring, neutral backdrops, and large mirrors. This versatility makes the rooms highly popular for filming high-quality social media content, live performance videos, or tracking choreography. The studio is situated in an accessible, suburban setting with sound-isolated and fully climate-controlled rooms featuring modern air conditioning systems. The ground-floor facility features a flat layout optimized for direct, step-free loading from the car park, making it fully wheelchair accessible. It features a dedicated, secure on-site car parking space that accommodates band transport vehicles and vans smoothly.
HISTORY & CLIENTS
Bands and musicians officially documented working or rehearsing here include Dennis Stratton (Iron Maiden and Lionheart), Jack White (The White Stripes and The Raconteurs), Cassell the Beatmaker (The Streets and Plan B), Essex rock bands, session groups and function musicians. Because the space is used for intensive pre-production rehearsals, major touring artists such as Eliza and the Bear use the space as a base when traveling out from London before heading to major venues across the UK.
