BANDSPACE
DESCRIPTION
Located in an old converted coaching house beneath Brighton Station this grassroots music and rehearsal hub features multiple dedicated, fully equipped rooms tailored for musicians, bands, classical players and vocalists seeking a versatile space to practice and develop. The facility features several distinct spaces to accommodate various rehearsal and practice needs:
Room A: A compact, vaulted room featuring custom acoustic panels and band equipment. It was originally built for recording drums but functions as an ideal space for solo musicians and intimate band setups.
Room B: A larger, fully-equipped space built specifically for louder sessions and larger groups.
Room C: The most popular rehearsal space on-site, which includes a baby grand piano ideal for pianists and classical ensembles.
Room D: A smaller room tailored for 1–2 people featuring an upright piano making it ideal for piano lessons and personal practice.
Room E: A cozy personal practice space equipped with a baby grand piano.
Community Room: The largest rehearsal room flooded with natural light able to accommodate large bands, choirs, dance groups and theatrical rehearsals.
There are seven free parking spaces available directly in front of the space.
