An artist-led rehearsal space serving the grassroots scene of early- to mid-career artists. Its goal is to enable the local music community to rehearse at an affordable rate, reducing some of the barriers young producers and artists may face. Creating a safe space for women and gender minorities is a core value. It is run by members of local indie band CIEL who wish to make it a place that local artists can call home.
