The Oxygen Rooms have 24 hour private hire spaces of all different sizes, available for a variety of customers, such as producers, bands, artists and other creative mediums. These spaces come with your own keys and 24 hour access. They are booked on a 3 month basis with renewal on mutual agreement and a 30 day notice clause. The rooms range from 22 sqm – 45sqm.
