Located in Manston, just outside Ramsgate, it is an award-winning independent facility designed by musicians for musicians. It has quickly become a premier hub for the Thanet music scene, offering a professional yet relaxed environment.

The facility was established to revitalise a music unit that had previously closed. It provides fully equipped, acoustically treated rehearsal spaces with professional gear from brands like Marshall, Orange, Fender, and Blackstar. Each room is acoustically treated, fresh-air ducted and air-conditioned. The studio includes a fully licensed bar and a comfortable social area, fostering networking between local bands. The facility is known for catering to varied genres, from folk to heavy rock.

For a small fee, staff will pre-configure the room and patch in gear so users can start playing immediately upon arrival. The front desk stocks essential accessories like strings, sticks and plectrums for last-minute needs. Additional pro-audio gear such as D.I. boxes or cymbals can be hired on-site. It offers in-house custom embroidery and printing for band merchandise.
