DESCRIPTION
It has a live room for bands and a smaller studio room for solo and duo rehearsals. Its live room is comfortable enough to easily fit a 4- to 5-piece band. Both rooms are fully air-conditioned and well-ventilated. Musicians consistently praise it for their well-maintained backline equipment, friendly and accommodating staff, and convenient, accessible location with parking as major perks for loading gear in and out. It hosts specialized youth band workshops and coached rehearsal sessions - hundreds of fledgling teen rock bands and young guitarists in the Brighton and Hove area have had their very first rehearsal here.
HISTORY & CLIENTS
It has been used by a diverse mix of indie, hip-hop, metal and electronic acts including Charmian Devi, Kianvsinsta and Normanton Street. The space is used by the regional heavy music scene.

Musicians travel from across the Brighton & Hove conurbation and the wider West Sussex coast including Portslade, Hove, Shoreham-by-Sea, Southwick and Worthing.
