DESCRIPTION
It provides three fully equipped, air-conditioned professional, self-service music rehearsal rooms designed for bands, solo artists and music teachers. The facility is completely unmanned, allowing for a distraction-free environment with support available via phone or WhatsApp if needed. The studio sizes are:
- 5.7m x 4.0m or 18.7ft x 13.1ft

- 7.1m x 3.5m or 23.3ft x 11.5ft
Each room is typically equipped with a 5-piece drum kit with cymbals, A PA system, mixer, amps, mics, music stands, guitar stands and a digital piano. The building includes internal toilets, a small kitchen area for tea and coffee and on-site parking.
