DESCRIPTION

An independent multi-room music rehearsal facility situated in a tranquil, rural location on a converted agricultural footprint. It provides a stark contrast to urban commercial studios, emphasizing a secluded destination for local and touring bands. The layout is specifically designed to eliminate the common issue of bleeding audio between bands by using two detached outbuildings. Because there are no shared structural walls, bands can rehearse at maximum volume with zero noticeable noise transfer from the neighbouring room. Studio A measures 6 x 4m and is acoustically treated for intermediate-sized acts. Studio B is larger and measures 7 x 5m engineered to accommodate larger ensembles. The property overlooks local lakes and includes a dedicated recreation area. There is an on-site lakeside cafe operating during daylight hours. Operating on a single ground level, the unit offers free parking directly in front of the studio doors affording loading paths for amplifiers and flight cases.
