BANDSPACE

Providing working space for artists, musicians and commercial companies, these Grade II listed warehouses were once used to store cargo such as cotton, spices and coffee, and have now become spaces for music, art, business and ideas. From 200 to 3000 sq. feet these working environments have become a magnet for musicians who want to rent flexible spaces in Liverpool City Centre. We have created 35 standard-sized offices and 18 full-floor studios to work and play in.
