A large music studio complex with 17 practice studios and two high end recording studios. There are several mix studios and a mastering suite, storage facilities, shop & cafe. The studio won the 'Studio of the Year' award by Pro Sound News Magazine. The main premises was built in 1897 as the Brighton & Hove tramways head office, located on Lewes Rd, about a mile from Brighton beach. All the practice rooms are situated in one building. Each room is fresh air ducted.
