Rooms are large enough to cater comfortably for today's bands being at least 250 sq ft in size - there's even space for a sofa in every room! We also boast a specialised stage room. This large room is unique to The Farm Studios offering a large raised stage area allowing bands to get a real feel for playing their sets in a live gig environment as if they were up on the stage. All our rooms are sound absorbent - helping you get the best from your instruments and rehearsal time.

The Farm Studios are based in Upminster, Essex, 10 minutes from the M25. We can be found in Gerpins Lane, just off of Aveley Road. Situated in a non-residential area, each of our rehearsal rooms has direct access to the ample parking area out front. You can park within 4 feet of your own rehearsal room door making loading/unloading fast and easy and it also ensures you will not be disturbed by any of the other bands rehearsing at the same time as you!
