USE OF IMAGES & TRADEMARKS POLICY

Images

Bandspace helps you discover and do what you love. To do that, we show you things we think will be relevant and interesting.  Bandspace respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect people on Bandspace to do the same. We will undertake to do the following:

  • credit all pictures to those who posted or contributed, where known

  • where possible seek permission to use the image

  • only use images that have not been copyrighted

  • only use images that are in the public domain

The image owner can report alleged copyright infringements on the Bandspace website by email (see below). When we get your email, we will remove the reported content from Bandspace. Please send the following information:

  1. Identify the copyrighted work(s) you believe has been infringed. 
     

  2. Identify the content on Bandspace you claim to be infringing your rights, including the information we need to help us find it, like the URL to the page on Bandspace.
     

  3. Provide your email address.

Trademarks

Bandspace respects the trademark rights of others. If you're concerned we may be using your trademark in an infringing way on our site, let us know by emailing us. We'll take whatever action we deem appropriate, including temporary or permanent removal of the trademark from Bandspace.

Bandspace has links to content off of Bandspace. Most of that stuff is awesome, but we're not responsible when it's not.
